Mike Veitch is a professional underwater photographer and filmmaker of Canadian origin, currently living in Bali, Indonesia.
He is a specialist of the Indo-Pacific waters where he has been diving for 15 years (since 1999).
He is also an internationally renowned underwater guide and instructor, and he just opened an underwater photography school for that matter.
He collaborates with the greatest diving magazines, thanks to his pictures and articles.
He is using a Nikon equipment.
He was awarded Wildlife Photographer of the Year in 2013 and with the “World in our hands” prize, the most prestigious in its category, for his picture: The Fish Trap. This contest is organized by two British institutions that pride themselves on showing and defending the diversity of life on Earth – the Natural History Museum of London and the BBC Worldwide.
