Michel Gunther

Michel Gunther, photographer and naturalist.

He was born in 1956 in Strasbourg and lived in Congo for 4 years before he came back to Alsace where he lived until he ended his biology degree at the University of Strasbourg. He has always been an ornithologist and naturalist and had already begun photography when he was 14. After working in a lot of different fields, he studied photography in Paris for 2 years before he became an advertisement and industry photographer. He joined the Bios Agency as soon as it was created in 1986 and has been working with them ever since.

Specialized in nature and environment, he travels in the whole world to capture and observe nature and men.
