The tree in the background is an Embauba (Cecropia obtusifolia) it is an interaction with ants that inhabit in its interior and protect the plant against herbivores that try to eat its leaves This photo was taken in the Chapada dos Veadeiros National Park, Brazil, and is a panorama of 3 vertical images.
