The Ecuadorian toadheaded pitviper (Bothrocophias campbelli) is one of the most rares viper's of Ecuador. For it's habits and for other reasons to find one of this viper it's a miracle. It's an endangered species due to the low population densities and a relatively restricted distribution range, direct killing and the habitat destruction. Mashpi, Ecuador.
