We call them “weeds” and we tend to find them everywhere: from the end of the garden to the gaps between the walls of the house and the terrace. So, we often wage a fierce war against them where almost all means are good! Is this really necessary? These plants, spontaneous, sometimes invasive, could well provide us with unexpected services such as flowering the orchard soil at a lower cost or protecting the garden fence with their thorns.
